1) Our DMCA Agent

2) How to submit a DMCA notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send a written notice that includes the items listed in the next section. If possible, include direct URLs and screenshots to help us locate the content quickly.

3) Required information in your notice

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a list of works).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., exact URL on our site).
• Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts as an electronic signature).

4) How we handle notices

• Verification: We review the notice for completeness and clarity. If information is missing, we may request additional details.
• Locate and act: If we can identify the allegedly infringing material hosted on our systems, we will remove or disable access to it expeditiously.
• Notify uploader (if applicable): Where we have contact details, we will forward the notice or a summary to the user who uploaded the material.
• Recordkeeping: We keep a record of notices/counter‑notices as part of our repeat infringer policy.
• Third‑party hosting: If the material is hosted by a third party or linked externally, we may forward your notice to the appropriate provider.
• Timeframe: We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.

5) Counter‑notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(g))

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notice containing:

• Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL).
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where we may be found if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter‑notice template:

After receiving a valid counter‑notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

6) Repeat infringer policy

We may suspend or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If account features are introduced, accounts with repeated, valid notices may be limited or closed. We also reserve the right to block IPs or take other reasonable measures to prevent abuse.

7) Scope & limitations (about our PDF tools)

• Our tools are browser‑based and generally process files temporarily to deliver the requested function (e.g., convert, merge, compress).
• We do not index or publicly host user files by default. If your rights are infringed by content that was processed through our tools but is published elsewhere, we cannot remove the copy hosted on another site please notify that host/provider directly.
• If you believe infringing content is publicly available on our domain, include the exact URL in your notice so we can locate and act on it.

8) Misrepresentations

Submitting false claims or material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter‑notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and other applicable laws. Please ensure you are authorized before filing.
